Robin is survived by her husband, John Neil; her daughter, Ashley Neil; and her brother, Rick Phillips. She was preceded in death by her father, Bob Falk, and her mother, Laura Matthews Falk.

A Graveside Service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery, Laurent Street @ Mockingbird Lane, Victoria, Texas, on April 17, 2026, at 10:00 am.
