Melissa Cruz Adamsom Obituary
Melissa Cruz Adamson entered into rest on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at the age of 52. She was born August 25, 1972, in Victoria, TX to Rogerio and Mary Ann Rendon. Melissa loved playing the cello. She ranked #2 in a state-wide competition for a sight-reading performance. She enjoyed arts and crafts. Melissa aspired to finish her college degree to become a teacher. Missy’s greatest joy in life was raising her children. Throughout all that, Melissa suffered, coping with MS. Missy loved her Savior, Jesus Christ, with all her heart.
Melissa is survived by her husband Joshua Adamson, her daughters Jem Adamson and Abigail McLaurin; her son Luke Adamson, and her siblings Rachel Wunsch and Albert Rendon. She is also survived by one grandchild.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, July 21, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3408 Ben Jordan, Victoria, TX. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to deter funeral costs.
