Magdalena S. Chavez, age 90, of Victoria, Tx passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026. She was born on July 22, 1935, in Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico, to the late Gregorio Saucedo and Juana Diaz.
She is survived by her daughters, Guadalupe Flores of Victoria, Tx, Dionicia Flores of Mexico, Marina (Oscar) Stiles of Victoria, Tx, Amelia Flores of Victoria, TX, and Amalia Chavez of Victoria, Tx; son, Luis (Otilia)Chavez of Victoria, Tx.
She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Magdalena is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Leopoldo Chavez; daughter Robertina Onofre, and son Rodrigo Flores; sisters, Concepcion Saucedo, Leandra Saucedo, and Manuela Saucedo; and brothers, Roman Saucedo, Francisco Saucedo, Benito Saucedo, and Isabel Saucedo.
Serving as Pallbearers: Luis Chavez, Pablo Herrera, Leopoldo Herrera, Ronnie Cavazos, Rafael Herrera, and Oscar Stiles.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 9:30 AM with a Chapel Service to begin at 10:00 AM at Angel Lucy’s Funeral Home, Victoria, Tx. Burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
