Isaiah Javier Rodriguez was welcomed into heaven August 3, 2025. He was born October 6, 2004 in Victoria, Texas to Javier Rodriguez and Ashley Ovalle.
Family and friends will gather for visitation Monday, August 11, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with the Holy Rosary to be prayed at 6:30 PM at Grace Funeral Home, 2401 Houston Hwy., in Victoria, Texas. A Funeral Service will be Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Grace Funeral Home with burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
Isaiah was known for his smile, even on his bad days. He could brighten everyone’s day. He was selfless, loved everyone and would always be the first one to help anyone. Family was his #1 priority. He worked with his dad, Javier and was in charge of giving estimates for gutters at Elite Gutters. He loved his nieces and nephews. Isaiah had a special bond with a particular nephew, Baby J who called Isaiah “Bubba”. Isaiah had a friend group called Broke Boyz Truckin’, to let each other know when their trucks would break down. He also loved riding horses. He owned one named “Caprichosa”. Isaiah will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
Isaiah was preceded in death by his great-grandma, Mary Jane Olguin; grandpa, Margarito Rodriguez and uncle, Ramiro Rodriguez, Sr.
Leaving to cherish his memory is his mother, Ashley Ovalle; father, Javier Rodriguez; siblings, Carina Rodriguez, Mirisa Ovalle, Javier Lopez and Gerardo Lopez.
