Helen Guerrero Obituary

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mom Helen O. Guerrero, who passed on August 23, 2026. She was born on July 15, 1954, to the late Dionicio and Eloisa Ortiz. Helen lived her life with a heart full of compassion, forgiveness, and unwavering positivity, no matter what challenges came her way.

Helen loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart. Her family was her greatest joy. Whether she was cooking a simple meal, cheering at her grandkid's games, or spending time with her family, Helen found happiness in every moment shared with those she loved.

She was a woman who would help anyone she could, always offering kindness, support,

and encouragement. Her belief in forgiveness and staying positive shaped the way she lived and the way she cared for others. Her heart was big, her spirit gentle, and her love for her family endless.

She leaves behind memories filled with love, laughter, and grace. Nothing was more important to her than her family, and she lived every day showing them what love truly meant. She will be remembered for her simplicity, her love, and devotion to her family. She will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.

She is survived by her daughters, Tricia Uriegas (James Jackson Jr) and Tracy Edwards (Arnold Jr) her siblings Lisa Garcia and brother Julio Perez Jr. Helen is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews who she adored.

Express your love and sympathy with a final tribute that will console the family and friends at the Visitation or Service.

Order Funeral Flowers Now
It is always appropriate, and often times recommended, sending flowers or plants to the family after the funeral services are over. During this period, phone calls and words of comfort taper off. Then, the heartfelt pain of a death in the family is really experienced for the first time. The arrival of a beautiful bouquet or living plant can be so uplifting during this stage of grief and loneliness. Realizing that others still care and remember even weeks after the services can be great comfort to those in mourning.
