Dominga M. Hernandez, a beacon of love and kindness, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2025, at the age of 92 in Port Lavaca, Texas. Born on February 12, 1933, in Hallettsville, Texas, to the late Felipe Hernandez and Maria Rivera Hernandez. Dominga was a cherished sister, aunt, and friend to many who were lucky enough to have known her. 

With a heart full of compassion, Dominga lived a life marked by her passion for nurturing those around her. She was the kind of person who brought warmth and light into every room she entered. Dominga's presence was a comforting embrace to her family, friends, and community, and she will be profoundly missed.

Dominga was the loving sister to Dolores De Los Santos, and she fondly remembered her deceased siblings, Edwarda Menchaca, Paula Hernandez, George Hernandez, and Willie Hernandez, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond and countless cherished memories. 

We take solace in knowing that Dominga has been reunited with her beloved siblings in eternal rest and that her legacy will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. As we reflect on her remarkable life, let us celebrate the countless ways in which she enriched our lives and made our world a better place. Dominga M. Hernandez will forever be remembered as a guiding light, a true embodiment of love and kindness.
