Cynthia Frey
April 20, 1952 – May 6, 2026
Cynthia Frey, 74, of Edna, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, in Victoria, Texas. She was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Harold Christian and Helen Martha Bredernitz Frey on April 20, 1952.
In addition to her parents, Cynthia is preceded in death by her sister, Alona Rathfon, and brother, Michael Frey.
Cynthia is survived by her son, Anthony Witkowski, brother, David Frey, grandchildren, Christian Witkowski, Elizabeth Witkowski, Audrey Witkowski, and Daniel Daffern. She also leaves behind numerous extended family and friends, all of whom will cherish her memory.
No services are planned at this time.
